This southwest salad is perfect for a barbeque or weeknight dinner. This salad even works as a salsa when you serve with tortilla chips. The salad is sweet and tangy with a good bite. But the winner, by far, is the glitter slime. Something about those magical sparkles of glitter and my kiddos go crazy. Here is an easy, three ingredient recipe to quickly and magically concoct glitter slime on your kitchen table. Ingredients: Glitter (any color) 5 oz of Elmer's clear glue 1/2 cup of Elmer's magical liquid Instructions: Pour bottle of Elmer's clear glue into a plastic cup. Slowly mix in Elmer's magical liquid. Add glitter (about 1-2 tablespoons) depending on the desired amount of glitter. Stir until combined. Move mixture to table and knead by hand until well combined. If sticky, coat hands with cooking spray. Play and have fun. Store in airtight container.

This asparagus recipe is by far the easiest, most delicious, and healthiest side you can make. My kiddos call them green French Fries and devour them by the handful. Asparagus is a great way to get your vitamin K and folic acid. Eating asparagus also supports heart health and healthy digestion. Parmesan Roasted Asparagus is super simple to make and only requires three ingredients. Ingredients: Fresh asparagus Fresh parmesan (freshly grated) Extra virgin olive oil Instructions: Take the fresh asparagus and break or cut off the bottom, woody portion of the stem. Toss with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Spread asparagus uniformly in even layer on baking sheet. Grate about 1/2 cup of fresh parmesan on top of the asparagus. Add salt and pepper to taste.
